I have a Elma 6003 the top stitch is working fine but bobbin is running straight line on bottom could be timing? Adjusted tension already

If the bobbin thread is tight, then its tension needs to be loosened. It should be flexible enough that the top thread can pull the bobbin thread up halfway into the fabric. The ideal tension is when both top and bobbin threads meet in the middle of the fabric.

I cant get my bobbin to meet the needle thread

Be sure to install a brand new needle. Check that it is threaded correctly (top and bobbin).

If it still will not pick up the bobbin thread, it may have a timing issue, ie the needle is arriving at the bobbin at the wrong time in order to intercept the bobbin thread. You can search the internet for web sites and videos dealing with sewing machine timing or take it for service.

I'm having trouble properly threading my Elna 1010. Could you please help? The bobbin thread keeps bunching up and breaking

bunching of thread under the material is an indication of insufficient tension of the needle thread
increase the needle tension until the threads meet at the center of the materialbeing sewn

How the bobbin loads and works with the top thread.

Turn the machine wheel slowly to watch the depth that the threaded needle travels so that it meets the approaching hook-point of the bobbin holder. Point should almost touch the needle side and grab the thread just above the eye and wrap it all the way around the bobbin and holder. If the needle extends too far, it will jam. Not far enough and it doesn't reach the turning hook.

Bobbin thread shows on top

Upper tension is too tight. Loosen upper tension and the bobbin thread should go back down. Correct tension is when upper thread and bobbin thread meet in the middle of the fabric.

How do you set the bottom tension and/or where is the thread clamp

Be very careful adjusting the tension on the bobbin case. Generally, most tension issues are regulated using the upper tension adjustment unless the bobbin case is broken or someone has attempted to adjust it incorrectly. In any event, adjustments to the bobbin case should be made ONLY 1/8 of a turn at a time--then do a test stitch. Before making any changes, mark with a permanent marker where the screwdriver slot meets the bobbin case in the event you have to return it to the original position.

If the top thread is looping or knotting under the fabric (bird nesting), the upper thread is too loose or it is threaded incorrectly.

If the top thread is pulling the bobbin thread to the top of the fabric, the upper tension is too tight.

Tension is ideal when both threads meeting in the middle of the fabric.

Bottom thread too loose; tried rethreading top thread, cleaning bobbin case, refilling bobbin, changing needle, adjusting top tension

Check for correct bottom thread tension.
It's provided by a flat spring on the bobbin holder.
When the bobbin is correctly installed, pulling on the thread
should meet with slight resistance, and the bobbin should spin without
trying to jump out of the bobbin holder.

Needle will not sew thread into material

Sounds like the timing is off. Take the bobbin out of the bobbin case and lower the needle into the needle plate. As the needle starts on the upswing, the hook should meet the needle just above the needle eye on most machines. If it isn't meeting at that point then your hook timing will need to be adjusted.
