I could be wrong but it sounds like your keyboard layout is set to swype instead of qwerty. On the bottom left of the keyboard is the setting option.

I do not know how to use my ipad. it does not have a key board I need an instruction manual without keyboard for my ipad.

Yes - The Ipad does not have a keyboard. Instead the screen is at touch screen.
If the screen do not react by touching it - it is defective.

Screen/computer messing up

I assume you have a touch screen? but the keyboard seems to be the problem..(sticky keys) so might try a different keyboard and it wouldn't hurt to clean the Touch screen with an approved cleaner

How to send sms using qwerty keyboard of samsung gt 3410

You can use it normally as you would use the touch screen. Just pull out the keyboard and start typing once you are in the create new sms message. You can also use the arrow keys instead of the keyboard instead of the touching the screen.

Keyboard functions failing 0123456* instead of mjkluioP

There is a "keypad" button somewhere on the keyboard, to cause those alphabetic keys to instead be interpreted like the keys on an adding-machine (or hand-calculator) -- very handy if you need to enter a lot of numeric data, and you are a "touch-typist" when using a hand-calculator.

Press the button to return the keyboard to "normal" mode.

Keyboard don-t show the correct symbols

Your keyboard setting in Control panel regional and language options is probably set to US International.
This option allow you to create every special character using combined keys see this page for MS instruction>
If you have a localized keybord (Portuguise, Brazilian or else) you can get the symbol corresponding with keys if you configure the exact keyboard instead of US international.
Of course for same language you can configure multiple keybord.
You can also use for every language the On screen Keyboard you get in Start/program/accessories/ accessibility
