I got the E1 at the display I understand that is sensor on how kan i get it of so i kan get the heat back on

This error is a high limit sensor failure. IT could be lack of water flow, check the filters, make sure all the jets are on. Check the pump impellors. IF there is nothing wrong, change the sensors on the heater manifold. There are usually two and they look like silver cylinders with wire coming out of them.

WTL 5410 getting E1 error message. Condenser hose seems unblocked. Pool of water behind the heat exchanger

Cycle is interrupted and ''E1'' appears in display.

Condensate hose is blocked in some way. Turn off dryer and check hose.
Condensed water not pumped out (WTL 54 condensation models only). Pump failed.

I am somehow listed as someone who "solved" a Comfortstar mini problem - but I have not. And the company that installed it cannot. I am really fed up with the stupid thing.

What does E1 error code on a Karda heat pump, model KSAC-18HRDCI mean as there is nothing in the manual about error codes. How do you clear it?

I have worked this out. There is a 20A fuse inside the compressor(outside) unit, it is a glass fuse that has a sleeve over it and is soldered to the PCB. They appear to have a manufacturing fault and 'blow' at a lower current than the 20A, Just the edge of the fuse link is not properly bonded to the end cap. On inspection they don't look blown, but test open circuit. Was a relatively easy fix with a soldering iron and a new 20A fuse. You can find this fuse on the gas piping end of the compressor.
