New swingline GBC 3100L Laminator, when I push the power button it just beeps for about 20 seconds and all the white lights flash then it shuts off

I tried to go to www.desatech.com and you cannot buy parts on that site anymore. I can get my Reddy Heater parts at www.masterparts.net.

The door is not compltely closing. Make sure to push it in hard around the clasp areas. If yours has a light, the light should turn off and on as you open and close the door.

The blinking red light means that the projection bulb ($150+/- online) needs to be replaced. The access door is located lower right side and replacing is staight forward. Sony has a problem with the Grand Wega that it is denying resposablity for. Check it out by Googling "MSNBC problems with Sony Grand Wega". I would like to get a class action suit going.
