Question about Canon PIXMA iP1800 InkJet Photo Printer
I reset, turn off the printer....installed the driver again but still I got the message that reads "ink cartridge cannot be recognized"
You can try a new cartridge, or look down on the front edge of the carriage with a mirror and see if one or more of the gold pins are bent.
