If paid via credit card, you phone your credit card provider and tell them to cancel all payments to them and ask for a refund of all charges made fraudulently so far. The onus is then on the company taking the payment to prove to the credit card company that you requested it. This is one way that paying via credit card is better than any other way.

The payment will have a name and a reference number next to it. Try Googling the name and it might jog your memory.

I purchased Magic Jack 1 year ago or so, and I have had problems since day 1 We called magicjack and they told us it ws our internet service in which I do agree I have had it I am changing my internet...


yes and no, , magic jack and all of it's phone numbers are owend by them, since you left MJ and your now with another provider, you will use them, if you wanna use MJ again YOUR MONEY YOU PAID SHOULD BE CREDIT OR CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR FUTURE USE. i'd call MJ and freeze your account.

You should be careful how and which sites you pay money one, choose sites that offer payments via PayPal, its one if the most secure and trusted online payment solutions.
If you are making online payment transactions, always use a credit card and not a debit card, it is a more secure and safer way of making payments.

For this particular problem. if you paid using a credit card, you can perform a credit card charge back and they will help you get back the money if they get proof that your money was stolen. Visit your bank for more assistance on that.

I'm a buyer and I paid for a item, and seller refunded it at last 27th of Feb. My PayPal account shows it as a completed task and they said it would appear in my bank account in 2 or 3 days. But now its 7...


I haven't been in your situation but when i had a refund it took 7 days as well. Consider waiting a 2 more days, as it's 2-3 working days but sometimes it's longer like in this case. Your money should come through alright, i have used PayPal for many transactions both ways and had no problems, just that it's fairly slow.

Okay, with regard to your concern, looks like you paid for the item and select to pay using Credit Card, but since the seller's Merchant credit card account is not integrated with eBay, you wasn't able to enter your credit card details and the card wasn't charged. In this case, you'll need to contact the seller first. You can actually request for their phone number so you can get an immediate response. You can ask the seller to process the credit card payment. You'll give yoour card details over the phone, make sure that the seller is a trusted eBayer, you can tell that by looking and reviewing his Feedback profile. Hope this helps!

Here are the steps on how to request for the seller's phone number:

1. Please click on the Advanced Search link on the top right hand side of the page.
2. Then on the left hand side of this page, under members, please click on 'Find Contact Information'.

LOST CREDITS,WHEN I PAID MY MEMBERSHIP


lynn.... have a look at your next credit card statement to confirm you made a payment... in the meantime email pogo and state that you have made a payment and the day it was made and ask them why it was not credited to your account. if they refuse to acknowledge you made payment and it's on your credit card... contact the credit card company and do what is called a "chargeback".... you will get your money back.
