Sounds like a internet issue trying resetting your modem with the power button turn it off for about 10 secs and turn it back on if thats not it it could be an Adblocker or script blocker in your browser messing with the inbox

I am assuming you are using an "unlocked" phone, not one from your wireless provider. You will have to call your wireless provider to ask them the email settings to manually set up the phone. If on the other hand it is in fact a phone from your provider, then it may be an account glitch (yes, it happens) and you will have to call them to correct the issue. Hope that helps.
