SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: How does FixYa work?

Fixya is not set up to easily find followup responses. I finally located yours. I have not yet found a replacement part for you. The numbers on the chuip seem to be manufacturer specific. The regulator in questions is most likely a gneric one, but has been re-screened to show only the new number. I have a few other avenues to check, so stay tuned.

Why didn't my data register today? Can I put it in manually?

OK, Mary

Me again.

As I suspected, your question is too vague to be answered, and even if you did, we have no access to wherever this 'data' is. This is posted to a third Category 'Retail Supplies'. So this is some sort of shop data to a head office?

Incidentally, you can reply to any poster or ask further questions by clicking COMMENT under the post you want to talk to. NEVER start a new post with follow-up posts, we hate that :>)

To get good answers, you have to ask good and fully detailed questions. The main things missing here, are what is this 'data all about, and which company or website are you referring to?

I realise you know all this, but I am sitting here in Toronto, Canada, and have no clue how to answer you because you haven't supplied enough information for us to.

Hi bill no nothin is running usually as soon as you pull the trigger the motor kicks in and sprays but there's nothin

Hello Kelly
You need to post this in the original post of yours NOT as a new post. If you do it the right way, Bill Boyd will get a notification that there is a new message from you. Fixya gets 7 million posts a year, so the chances of Bill seeing this new post as slim to impossible. Under Bill's post you will see the word COMMENT. Click that and a box will open up.

Click on this link to get to that post and Bill's reply to you.

You can Reply to me by clicking COMMENT under my name.

Thanks for using Fixya

Engage with me directly...this isn't working either.

You posted this to Cars and Trucks!

It is a statement that gives no clue to what your problem is. And I was working with you one on one directly. You could have saved a lot of angst by just replying to my messages as a COMMENT in the same post instead of opening new posts equally vague.

Your last post was the only one that mentioned you had a new phone and wanted your old Facebook account on it. The earlier ones were complaining that you thought your message to Facebook was lost because your question was too many characters. Then you said you wanted to delete your new Facebook account and you wanted you old one back.

As I say many times, and I have said it once today already;

To get good answers, you have to ask good and detailed questions.

Peace.

I followed your instructions con how to set up a new password but all iam getting is a message that thatn the ndetails does not correspond

Who are you talking to? You need to post messages like this to the original post where you got the original information. Fixya gets thousands of new posts a day and by replying like you are the person you are replying to will not see this message. If you reply to the original post all those commenting will be notified via email v

Original Title - Personal Settings
Computer booted. Error message stating it failed to load "Personal Settings". Cannot access personal files/photos/favorites. How do I recover? Answered by Diana D

Answer
Hi,
· Was there any change prior to this issue?
Personal files are located under c:\users\<username>\. You may try to access from that location and check.
Step 1: As a work around, perform system restore.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/What-is-System-Restore
Step 2: If that does not resolve, then check in new user account.
Check the link "Create a user account" http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Create-a-user-account
If the issue does not persist in new user account do the steps in the following link "Fix a corrupted user profile" http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile

Who views your profile

If you're asking about Facebook, the people who can view your profile vary according to your privacy settings. For instance, you can set it so that only your friends can view your profile. Also, you can change the privacy settings on individual posts by clicking by clicking the button right next to the 'post' button, which will bring up a menu that allows you to choose who can see it. If you want to set your entire profile's privacy settings, click the button that you click on to log out and scroll down to "privacy settings". That menu will allow to choose who can see your pictures, status updates, what information will appear if someone searches for you and who can message you.

How do i post an away message

  • After you create the automatic reply message and set up the filter, you must leave your computer running and Outlook open in order for the message to work.
  • using the method below to set a rule that sends reply messages to all senders except those who are posting to a LISTSERV list. This prevents reply messages from being sent to everyone on a list.
  • Outlook's Out of Office Assistant tool is another option for setting an automatic reply message; however, you cannot set rules for specific mail, such as LISTSERV lists.
  • If setting a rule is not necessary, instructions on using the Out of Office Assistant can be found on Microsoft's How to Use the Out of Office Assistant in Outlook Web page.
To create and use an automatic reply message:
  1. Create an away message.
    • In 2007, at the top left of the window, click the New button.
    1. In the body of the message, type the away message you want to use.
    2. Save the message.
      • In 2007:
        1. Click the Office Button.
        2. From the drop-down list, select Save As.
    3. From the Save as type: drop-down list, select Outlook Template (*.oft).
    4. In the File name: text box, type: away
    5. Save the file to your desktop.
    6. Close the message window.
    7. Click the No button.
  2. To use your away message, set up an automatic reply filter.
    1. From the Tools menu, select Rules and Alerts....
    2. Click the New Rule... button.
    3. From the list, select Check messages when they arrive.
    4. Click Next.
    5. Click Next.
    6. Click the Yes button.
    7. Under Step 1: Select action(s), place a check in the reply using a specific template check box.
    8. Under Step 2: Edit the rule description (click an underlined value), click the a specific template link.
    9. From the Look In: drop-down list, select User Templates in File System.
    10. Click the Browse... button.
    11. Navigate to your desktop.
    12. Click OK.
    13. From the list, select the away message template.
    14. Click the Open button.
    15. Click Next.
  3. Set up the rule to create exceptions where LISTSERV is in the recipient's address or the sender's address.
    1. Under Step 1: Select exception(s) (if necessary), place a check in the except with specific words in the recipient's address check box.
    2. Under Step 2: Edit the rule description (click an underlined value), click the specific words link.
    3. In the Specify a word or phrase to search for in the recipient's address: text box, type: LISTSERV
    4. Click the Add button.
    5. Click OK.
    6. Under Step 1: Select exception(s) (if necessary), place a check in the except with specific words in the sender's address check box.
    7. Under Step 2: Edit the rule description (click an underlined value), click the specific words link.
    8. In the Specify a word or phrase to search for in the sender's address: text box, type: LISTSERV
    9. Click the Add button.
    10. Click OK.
    11. Click Next.
    12. Click Finish.
    13. Click OK.
    14. In the Rules and Alerts window, click OK.
  4. Set Outlook to check mail every 60 minutes. For instructions, refer to Configuring Outlook 2003/2007/2010 to Automatically Check Mail at Regular Intervals
  5. When you return, disable your automatic reply filter.
    1. From the Tools menu, select Rules and Alerts....
    2. Next to your automatic reply rule, clear the check box.
    3. Click OK.
