Do you have blank magstripe cards

Yes we do. Order minimum is 100 cards.

$25 for Low Coercivity - LoCo

$35 for High Coercivity - HiCo

What does Coercivity Mean?

Coercivity is the term used to designate how strong a magnetic field must be to affect data encoded on the stripe, and therefore, how immune the data is to damage.

Measured in Oersteds (Oe), the coercivity of a common credit card is about 300 Oe, considered low coercivity. Consequently magnetic money clips, refrigerator magnets, etc., play havoc with the data on your credit card's stripe. High coercivity (HiCo) magnetic stripe technology relies on particles -- generally barium ferrite (low coercivity uses iron oxide) -- with coercivity values ranging from 2500 to 4000 Oe.

The encoding technique is the same as for LoCo technology, except that it requires a stronger electrical current in the write head. Virtually immune to domestic-type magnets, HiCo substantially decreases the chances of accidental data erasure. Despite this superiority, HiCo hasn't yet replaced LoCo technology, due to the widely established base of LoCo encoders and the increased cost of HiCo encoders. Standard magnetic stripe readers, however, can read either HiCo or LoCo stripes.

High-coercivity cards are currently used in applications where the need for performance, for example in critical test equipment, outweighs price. A single magnetic stripe can hold several tracks of recorded data, which can be rewritten and updated. The ISO\IEC 7810, 11, 12, and 13 series of standards specify a three-track format, encoding scheme, and bit density for all financial card applications.

My vcr plays or records for 12 sec and shuts off then when i cut on the power it ejects the tape....also when i power the vcr with no tape a wheel is spinning in the back right corner whats wrong?

This can be due to many faults and need a full check up but I can fill up with few tips.
1. If the cassette loads and the take up spool does not turn then the machine will shut and rewind.
2. If the take up spool rotates but then it shuts down then the reel sensor at the bottom of the forward wheel can be faulty- there are opto devices or proximity sensors/magnetic type.
3. If the drum does not rotate it will shut down as well a fault in the SERVO section.
4. Defective HALL IC can shut the switching and so the servo will shut down the processor.
5. Fault in the power section to deliver the correct voltage to the circuits/loading servo to take up.
6. Finally if the loading is not to the MODE switch point or failure of mode can make the loading to trip as it will not complete the load to the desired point.

My coffeemaker stops sucking in water and it shuts down even though it has full water in the resevoir.Sometimes in the middle of brewing a cup of coffee it will indicate not ready and stop or shut down.

These brewers (especially B77, usually from Costco) are defective & Keurig is replacing them with new units @ no cost. Just call the toll free # (866-901-2739) & they will ship out a replacement in 3 to 10 business days. I own (2) of these & they have both been replaced. Even if not the above mentioned model, call them anyway & see what they will do for you......

No power up test when turned on after cleaning of the brewer; I suspect brewer out of sync. Spent 30 minutes greasing & cleaning to get everything in proper mode but still no good. Water does not seems...

hey just manually pull down brew group internals till neutral reached push waste flap in to lock position seen on rear tab and leave brew group unit and water tray / waste bucket out, place a small magent / metal on bottom rear left of inside panel ( check waste unit for small metal tab and align magnet on rear where this sits, at the same time then place small magnet where door tab hits plastic sensor in machine roof then power off and on machine resets to neutral remove magnets insert brew group and waste trays and u should be done. WARNING !! DO NOT ATTEMPT WITH BREW GROUP IN PLACE KEEP RESETTING MACHINE IF YOU FAIL AS IT SETS A FAULT AND WILL ENDLESSLY SPIN DRIVE

"add water" error message.

problem solved! the float in the water tank has a magnet in it that the main unit senses. the previous owner cleaned the tank before shipping and installed the sensor upside down. if you disassemble the water tank, it is very easy to install the float incorrectly.

KeyCard Types

There are several popular type of keycards in use and include the mechanical holecard, bar code, magnetic stripe, smart card (embedded with a read/write electronic microchip), and RFID proximity cards. The keycard is used by presenting it to a card reader; swiping or inserting of mag stripe cards, or in the case of RFID cards, merely being brought into close proximity to a sensor.

Fill Watertank Message

The black thing floating in the water tank is a plastic shell with a magnet inside. If you clean it...make sure you reinstall it with the tapered (smaller) side down. There is a slight size difference BUT it will make ALL the difference in the world.

I had no idea there was a magnet in that black/greyish case. The direction of the casing is important.
I had the same problem and that solved it!
