Any maintenance issues on a taylor 430 frozen drink machine

Since you didn't report any other problems, I am going to assume the machine is working otherwise. In that case, it is usually a bad logic board. Since the left and right side logic boards are the same, you could swap the two boards and see if the issue follows the board.

Most people will order the logic board and replace it themselves, avoiding a service call.

The Taylor 430 thermistor model has two adjustments a fine adjustment, which is made by turning the knob, and a coarse adjustment that is made by turning the screw in the center of the knob. I suspect you are trying the fine adjustment, which will change the product + or - 2 degrees F. The coarse adjustment will let you set the product temperature between 10 and 30 degrees F.

As far as the clunking, those machines clunk a little. It would do it more if the product was too hard.

You are correct the machine will leak drops into the drip tray, but if it is more than drops, you want to address it. Should be as simple as a new tune up kit.

Taylor 430, craziest issue. Liquid is not flowing in hopper all the way. It stops and starts bubbling at the top. Nothing is blocked, reassembled several times with/without face plate. The water will only go halfway in the hopper. No type of blockage. can someone offer any ideas, suggestions. Im lost
