Sounds like it could be a bad AC outlet. Make sure your AC cord is fully seated on the back of the TV. If the cord is okay try another AC outlet and see if the TV will operate. Hope this helps.

Hello Jim Hyde - Try pressing the reset button on the plug, if you haven't so already. If the unit continues to not heat up, contact a professional that works with your manufacturer to move forward accurately. Keep in mind that for some air conditioners the heating option is simply a supplement to help heat up a room but in most cases it will not completely heat up the entire room.
