u tried running in safe mode already

well you need to make your gripes to the correct company this is fixya

this machine have a plastis pick clutch spring take it out and turn it so that it is loged up and put it back the is also a new firmware virsion check your rom virsion it must be vir2.** it inprove paper feed bud does not sove the macanical pick problem do the clutch spring first and see if you can still get the firmware the firware is not a must but cut papper jaming calls down

when you turn on pc, when you see windows want loging in that moment restart pc with press restart buttom on pc, it will resatart and you will see menu, in first line safe mode, chek it and enter, when you see password window, where you can write password , press ctrl+del+del /press control buttum and 2 delete,/ will be window login and password, in login write Administrator / A = shift +A/, and enter, when windows will login, from control panel greate new user with unoter name. and then you can restart, it will turn on with your new user name.

try safe mode by pressing F8
or reinstall windows xp

I hve 2 prfile.but I used one profile..So today I loged my privious profile........so its locked

you have to use a internet line. adsl or lan or dial up connection to loging to internet.
