Question about Craftsman Garden
Are you familiar with governor speed regulators on engines? There is a flap on a hinge under the flywheel cover which is moved by the air fins on the flywheel, which tries to close the throttle. There is also a spring that tries to open (increase) the throttle. So it's a contest between those two opposing forces! Increase the spring tension, and you will have more speed. But don't overdo it, or you could blow your engine! Good luck!
