How do I remove highlighting from Kindle fire?

hold down power button and volume up button let it go when the kindle show up on screen writing will shower

go down to wipe data by using the down button highlight wipe data press power button to ok will wipe data then will go back to writing

then highlight reboot/restart then it will restart your tablet

Hello Vin, I'm the also one who are using Kindle fire device from last two years and i also remove these pre-installed apps from my device by the help of support and help team of kindle. but you can remove these apps without taking help from them, so you can try these points;

From the "Home" screen, open "Settings".

Choose "Apps & Games".

Select "Manage All Applications".

Swipe over to the right to show "All" apps.

Give enter to password, in blank, withoul inputting anything. Maybe it accepts it as password.
The other possiblity is that you've been pranked and someone defined a password
