Check that the incline plus switch is not jammed or likely there is a defect in the panel circuit causing plus incline to be repeated. This needs to be trouble-shooted by removing and testing the panel circuit.

There is a shut off valve under the stool. turn the water off and go to walmart and get a new valve. Take the one out of your stool so you get the right one. hope i was helpful
normally this problem comes when the apparture selector ring is not sat to highest appartutr. i.e. f22 or whatever highest apparture available with the lense. just lock it there .
