Follow the top radiator hose inwards towards the engine and where it connects to the engine is usually the thermostat housing which can be removed by a couple of bolts to reveal the thermostat.. Make sure the engine is cold first!!

My MT10 starts then shuts down with a wirring noise

We need to start by checking the compressor start capacitor and start relay. Then we need to find why this is shutting down on you. Sounds to me the cooler is trying to start but can't just make the start. Let me know if you want to do the test through me, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Beverage air BB78-1compressor not turning on

Look in compressor section. You will find a power cord leading to compressor. Unplug that cord and plug it into an extension cord. If the compressor comes on you need a thermostat. I can hook you up with one. :)

With the BevAir DW49 does a lower number mean colder or warmer?

1 is usually the warmest setting. The higher the number to colder the setting. Start in the middle and make minor adjustments allowing considerable time in between to dial in the temp of your unit.

Refrigerator Keeps running

Replacing the thermostat should correct the problem. Be sure to install the thermstat exactly as the one you are removing, assuming it hasn't been changed prior. Hope this helps
