Documents required for AQSIQ Certificate renewal as below:
1. The user name and password of the electronic system
from China AQSIQ Dept. (
Note:All enterprises has it's own user name and password of AQSIQ Certificate. Its created when you apply AQSIQ in the first time. As we know, lots of companies forgot password for some reasons, no worries, we will help you get the password back during the application.
2.Notarized business and Tax registration documents
as well as the translation from Notary Public,Foreign Affairs Dept.,Or China Embassy.
Note: Before you take the documents to be notarized, please send the copy to us first, we will help you confirm that three information (Company name,company address and legal representative) will shown on your docs. It should be mailed with original one to us directly.
3.CCIC Certificates (Pre-shipment inspection certificates

Hi You must get your Appliance checked by a qualified Electrician and to be safe Before you use it again, i am assuming that you are in the US but i again am assuming that it is the same system or similar to the UK, where portable appliance used in any industry have to be checked and tested by a qualified PAT Tester (Portable Appliance Tester) by Law, but the very least take it to a reputable Domestic Appliance Repairer who will advise on the Test Certificate if needed.

Place the designated paper in the relevant tray.
  1. Verify the paper size from the printing application matches the designated printer tray.
    1. Open the application being used to print the document (Example: Microsoft PowerPoint)
    2. Click File and then click Print.
    3. Verify the paper size.
      NOTE: For Microsoft Word and Excel, ensure that the paper size in Page Setup is the same as in the printer driver and the printer.

  2. Make sure the Paper Type is set to AUTO on the Printer.

  3. Cycle power on the Printer.
    1. Turn the printer off.
    2. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Turn the printer on.
    4. Determine if the issue still occurs.

  4. Verify that the Actuator No Paper moves smoothly and is not damaged (Figure 1).

    • If there is damage or the Actuator does not move smoothly, replace the Feeder Assembly.
    • If there is no damage and the Actuator moves smoothly, replace the Feeder Assembly.
      • If the Feeder Assembly has already been replaced, replace the relevant Tray.
      • If the Tray has already been replaced, replace the Printer.

Two way lighting switches

This switch system is not wired correctly which makes me wonder if the "qualified" electrician is actually qualified. Since the system is not working properly, I would first request that the original electrician comeback to fix it at no charge to you. Failing that, get another to trace the problem and fix it. I would get this fixed ASAP as there is the possibility of short circuits and fire if not addressed.
