Blows out cold air at night , its set at 21degres but drops down to 15 degres after 12 pm at night untill about 5am in mornig when it goes back up to 21 degres there are 4 units in the office

Is the unit set on heating? If so, heat pumps or reverse cycle units will drop in efficiency and performance when the outdoor temp drops so this will be the reason why the temp drops so significantly. I would recommend setting the temp higher tha 21 or use another heater.

I take the time to answer your question, so please rate me.
Thankyou Mat

Left speaker no sound

This could be due to so many reasons one is due to peak volumes or could be the source from which it is being played. Try a original disk and play it to check. If further it persists you will need to take it to the service centre if u dont have the skills.

Thankyou
