Received a text with photo but it didn't download the photo please help

When you receive a message with a photo you should see and attachment option on the screen top and that should open it. Also when your phone downloads a photo, it saves it to a folder in your Gallery folder. Try opening the Gallery and look for the photo downloaded in a folder.

I canot upload my photo on facebook from nokia 2690 how i can upload my photo on facebook from nokia 2690. Plz give me easy and free solution

Select the photo you wish to upload from your phone to Facebook. Access the option on your phone that allows you to send an MMS. Attach the photo to the message. Type caption text into the subject line of the message if you wish for the photo to have a caption. Enter "mobile@facebook.com" into the address field and send the MMS. Facebook will now send a text message to your phone.

Remember your phone must be the capability to MMS, otherwise, you can NOT DO IT. MMS(Multimedia Message System).

sincerely. G-d bless you

I cannot receive multimedia mail. How do I get it to work?

here is a general procedure to understand how MMS works. In this procedure, a photo is being sent to another compatible phone.
  • Step one: Take a photo from your built-in camera phone or download via the Internet.
  • Step two: Personalize the text, graphics, audio or video clips.
  • Step three: Add recipients' number and send.
The recipient on the other side will receive a message alert. Once he opens the message, a picture message will appear on the screen. If there is any text, it will appear below the image. In case, you send MMS to a non-compatible cell phone - the recipient will a SMS with a default line, "You have been sent a picture message!"
There are many challenges that exist with MMS:
  • Adaptation of multimedia content: There may be a difference in the compatibility of multimedia content for different brands of cell phones. If the network operator is supporting your content adaptation - you can enjoy compatibility with more networks and vice versa.
  • Cell phone configuration: Multimedia Messaging Service requires some parameters to be correctly placed in you handset. Sometimes, due to poor configuration, you may not receive messages.
  • Bulk messaging: Sometimes, if you send MMS to a large number of subscribers, there might be some difficulty in sending messages. Now transactional overloads are being optimized.
Moreover, there are several similar terms such as Enhanced Messaging Service (EMS) - very similar to SMS (Short Messaging Service), allowing you to send or receive messages with some special text formatting options such as bold, color, sound effect, icons, etc.

First time wanting to send a photo together with my e-mail, and stuck on what to do. I thought of attaching it and I tried it, but to make sure the photo reaches it's destination, I'm asking for your...

Hi there, follow the step.
1. login. 2. compose mail. 3 . TO: type the Email address of your friend. 4. click attach. 5. select the photos and attached it. remember it will take few times to attach . after that you will see Photo icons bellow the attachment bar. 6. give subject & text him what your like to say. 7. press send. Must remember your sender email id is perfect. If wrong then it will bounce back with failure notice. After receive the photo your friend also view the Image icon as like you seen in your below attachment list. If he download the attachment fine then he/she will able to see the photographs. Don't worry That's photo can’t transfer as negative mode. Same the original what you send, Nothing has to be changed.
For a trial you attach a photo and send in your on email id. For exam: 123@xxx.com its your email id. send a photo TO: 123@xxx.com . same time you got a new message come on your inbox, Open that & see how that photo look.

Thanks & waiting for your success feedback.

Need to download picture text to my computer

there are 3 possible options to this problem:

1. use the phone manager software that should have come with the phone, but you have to open the message and save the picture to your phone, then using the phone manager, click on the Picture Menu on the phone and click on the photo to highlight it then click the "to computer" button.

2. Send the photo to your email address (depending on if your network supports it), Im on O2 and it work for me. send the photo in a message as you would to another phone but instead of typing in a phone number, type in your email address. its worth a try, it will either work or not.

3. Send the photo to a friends phone who can connect there phone to a computer and download it onto a memory stick then plug memory stick into your computer.

Im sure at least one these will work for you.

goodluck.

Deleting texts and photos

To delete messages:

>Messages
>Press Open Menus button (black round button in the middle of the 4 way selector arrows)
>Cleanup Messages
>Select
>All
>Select, etc

The Open Menus button is worth remembering because it open a lot of submenus that can't be accessed any other way.

To delete photos:

>Multimedia
>Pictures
>Additional Storage Device
>cursor onto photo
>Open Menus button
>Delete
