Question about Kenmore Refrigerators
I have a Kenmore refrig./ freezer on top model # 363.9741714. The icemaker continualy over flows water and freezes the ice cubes together and it gets stuck at times and will not stop making ice cubes. I would like to fix problem myself, water is off and unit is ready to be removed but I'm not sure how to disconnect the electric to the icemaker.
The problem is actually not the ice maker itself. The problem is the electric solenoid valve in the rear bottom of refrigerator. If you follow the water line on the back of the unit down to the bottom and replace the valve that it is connected to then your problem will be solved. Hope this helps. Good luck cj2176.
