There should be a telephone number on the back of your card. Call that number.

Good luck

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Internet companies sometimes ask for credit card details as a way to verify the age of an applicant.

Sometimes signing up free but with credit card verification is a scam. Free membership usually converts to a paid membership after a time and they rely on applicants forgetting to cancel before the conversion date. Not all dishonesty is against the law...

I have been charged for something i did not order please can you tell me why?

Contact your credit card company (if you used one), and tell the customer service dept. that you are DISPUTING a charge (or repeating charges) under the Fair Credit Billing Act. If it is a debit card, contact the issuing bank. But COMPLAIN, in any case! Ask whoever you talk to for a CASE NUMBER, and make a record of that, and who (or what agent number) you talked to, and when! Email it to yourself, so you can FIND the records later!

Hi Andrie_louis,

You may be a victim of Identity Theft, you made the right step of sending a letter to your bank, however, I strongly suggest that you contact them as soon as possible so they can temporary de-activate your credit card and give you new details, that way there will be no transactions possible on the existing credit card while they give you a new one, while they investigate on your Identity Theft. It's better if you can talk to them on the phone so they can do something about it right away.

Regards,
Ragoney
