Under the sink, be certain that the drain hose from the dishwasher to the disposal is higher than where it attaches at the disposal. If it's laying on the bottom of the cabinet, that is your problem. Good luck

Then the board needs to be repaired before the machine will work properly.

Should there be a ball inside water out pipe

Hi
It is very probable that the ball is in place to work similarly to the mechanism fitted into many diving snorkels.
It i designed to prevent water entering your machine via your drainage which can easily happen if it is plumbed directly into the drain from your kitchen sink - and then the drain below the junction gets blocked (which is why the recommended way to drain Washing machines/dishwashers is via an independent drain and a swan-neck). I would recommend you leave it well alone!

I have just been given a beko slimline dishasher DE2431F, my friend told me it was only washing on cold wash, and it needed a heater element,i bought one installed it but it is still running cold the water...

Use a mulimeter to check the voltage to the heaters when the dishwasher is started on. If there is no supply to the heaters then the fault lies with the program controller drive. It can be failure of the relay or the contacts. Or it can be problems in the main program controller not outtputing to switch on the heaters..

Brand new beko DE 2542 PW dishwasher won't start wash cycle

Hello,
It sounds as if the d/washer is pressurising due to a blocked outlet drain hose.

Make sure that the drain for the dishwasher is actually clear take hose out of the drain outlet. On some of the Beko dishwashers they put a plug up inside the drain hose which has to be removed before use or if it is a new installation and it is draining into a "U" bend on a sink check that the little spigot that the hose is onto is actually open. They come from the plumbers merchants blanked if blanked then you have to cut the end off to suit size of hose.I hope this has helped.

Good Luck.

Drainage

Float valve is jammed.

Look inside the machine on the floor will be a small float valve. Looks like a small upside down cup. Lift it and clear anything from underneath.

The valve is a safety feature to stop the machine from over filling. If anything gets under the valve it will jam open and stop the machine.

Not working?

Check for a clog internal or external.

Scoop as much water our as you can. Open the cover on the floor of the machine. Usually just turns and lifts out or snaps out some are screwed in. Take your time and try not to force anything. Look for a clog there.

Check for clog in the drain. The dishwasher will connect to the drain under your sink and run either directly to the drain or into your disposal unit. Remove open the connections and look for a clog. Clear if necessary.

Not the clog?

Water is pumped out by the machine via an internal pump located under the base. If it fails the water will collect until it trips the float valve. First scoop out all the water from the machine and run it again. If water comes in and it runs to the point it fills again and trips the float then either the pump or timer is faulty.

Pump check.

Remove the machine. It will be held in place by screws directly into the counter top. You may have to lower it to get it out. The front feet turn with a wrench to lower.

Turn off the water supply. Run the unit again until you get to the drain cycle.

Connect a test light or voltage tester to the terminals at the pump. Check for voltage at the pump. If you have voltage replace the pump. If no voltage the timer is faulty.

Timer problem?
Some can be replaced as a unit others are integral to the control panel. Turn style can be replaced. Touch control can not.

Beko ap930 no water geting to to ice tray

For me, this problem was because the tube was blocked with ice (the part of the tube inside the machine), which is why the tube popped off the back.
Try defrosting the freezer, or pushing hot water through the pipe with a syringe

hi there.....when the machine brings water in...have you cancelled the program reselect a program and checked that it is puming out..if all is ok then you need to check that the main wash pump rotates freely....if all is ok here..then i suspect you have a failed capicator on the wash motor....little white cylinderical component on top of the motor
