SOURCE: low pressure and flow on hot water side of single handle faucet

It could be one of two problems, one simple, one serious.

  • Easy fix
  1. Turn off hot water angle stop under sink to faucet.
  2. Remove supply line from hot angle stop.
  3. Place end of supply line in a small bucket to catch some water.
  4. Turn on cold water for a couple of seconds and backflush debris from faucet.
  5. Reconnect supply line.
  6. Turn on angle stop and test
  • Complex fix
If you have steel pipes you may be experiencing reduced flow due to corrosion in your pipes. Reduced hot water pressure in the kitchen faucet is usually the first sign since this is the faucet that is most used in the home.

Repiping is a job for a professional. Another symptom you may need a repipe is orange colored or rusty water.

SOURCE: water leaking from tap when turned off

In order to remove the Danze handle from this particular model grasp the handle of the valve and then the body of the valve and turn the body counter clockwise in order to remove.

Hope this helps.

If you don't have a supply house near you that carries parts for the Danze products you can go to danze.com and order them there.

SOURCE: Leaking Delta kitchen faucet dual handle

Pry the hot/cold button off the top of the handle. Make sure the water is turned off below the sink.

Under the button should be screws. Remove the screws. Pry the handle off. Remove the stems by lifting then out.

That should give you access to the washers you need to change.

Faucet is leaking

Hi Cindy you don't say where it leaking from so:
If you have a dripping that won't completely turn off then the stem washer needs replacing. If it is leaking at the handle then the "O" ring is bad.
I suggest you just replace both.

Under your sink turn off the two water supply knobs
remove the handle. Either a screw on top or and allen screw under and on the side then pry up. this maybe hard so wiggle it.
now take a crescent wrench and unscrew the stem
you see a washer screwed to the bottom. Most likely a "OO" size and a rubber "O" ring around the stem.
Take it the stem to your hardware store and have the give you a repair kit. very cheap
replace both and reinstall.
I it has 2 handles do both sides
Its easy.

Hope this helps Mike
