If your order is through Amazon, and the order hasn't shipped yet, there is a possibility that the order can still be cancelled. Go to your orders and if it is not yet shipped, a cancel option may be available.

You appear to think you are talking to Amazon, but you aren't. We are Fixya, a self help website, people like you helping others like I am because we can.
Log into your Amazon Account and contact Customer Service from there. In my experience, you got two orders because you ordered it twice, by refreshing a page that told you NOT to Refresh the page, or your Cart had two items not one. Your confirmation email will have said two items, or you got two confirmation emails with different order numbers. A comedy or errors, and Amazon don't make errors.
As moderator, I deleted part of your phone number. This site gets 7 million views a year and 10% are crazy and will phone you for a chat, 2% will try and get money out of you Delores Iles :>)
