SOURCE: i keep losing my internet signal when i play

This is due to the game activity that you're playing on the computer and that problem is related to your wireless router so first thing to do here is to i[date the firmware of the router and that should correct the problem...

SOURCE: internet signal keeps dropping

There's a lot of possiblities here.If you have a DSL/dialtone lineshare, listen for noise on the line(humming, crackling static, dropped calls). If you have a dry loop(DSL only),connect a phone in place of the modem and see if it has an "intercept" message(like "you have tried to call a number out of your service area" or something like that). If it does, you can use a phone to check the line when the DSL drops(don'touforget to put an inline filter on it).If the DSL light doesn't go out when the Internet light does,it is NOT a problem with the physical line. This would be an issue with the modem or the equipment at the serving end.( I am a DSL tech, and spend lots of wasted time diagnosing and trying to fix problems that are beyond my reach(central office server issue) or that I didn't need a dispatch for(it is cheaper to send a new modem than to send a tech).

When playing a movie on netflex it keeps on loading

That Roku box you are using is very old so netflix may not be supported anymore. It also could be your internet connection it could be to slow to connect to netflix if so you may won't to try to connect your Roku player directy into your router or moden with a inthernet cable if possible If you are using wifi you may have to move the Roku as close to the Router as possible maybe its not getting a strong signal. One thing to is that if multiple people are on the internet at the same time it can slow down the internet.

I have been given 6 months sub to NETFLIX. How do I activate this with my Sky HD

The Sky HD box does not support Netflix streaming. You will need a streaming device such as the roku. There are several streaming devices offered. Do a web search for streaming devices. The signal for Netflix and other streaming channels is downloaded from the internet. Once you have a streaming device, you will go on line to Netflix .com to activate your account on your streaming device.

How do we get our Roku to stop constantly loading during programs? It happens on all available channels and our internet signal is good to excellent.

It is probably not the internet connection in the house, but rather the bandwidth (data transfer rate between your home and the server from which you are streaming), this is usually a problem that can be solved by upgrading your internet package. Netflix adjusts to your bandwidth (and therefore should have less loading), while other sites do not and you will have to wait it out or upgrade.

What is wpa passphrase

If you use wireless WiFi, instead of direct ethernet cable connection to the Roku, WPA passphrase and WEP key are security codes used to keep unauthorized people from using your wireless signal to access the internet and possibly eavesdrop on your internet activity.
