Does it click or chatter when you turn the key?
Dash lights and headlights and horn take a lot less power (Amps) than starting. As an example from cold, your starter moter uses 180-400AMPS(!) when starting (or trying to start) the car.
You have an apparent GROUND and POSITIVE 12v off the battery, but when the starter kicks in it drawas so much power that if there is a loose connection at either terminal of the battery, it will arc and vaporize the metal at that point and all you will get is a click. Take off the battery connectors and clean the posts and insides of the connectors with sandpaper, then starting with the POS (Red +) side, push them on firmly, loosen the clamp bolts tap them several times around in a circle with a small hammer, block of wood or screwdriver handle so they seat all the way down, then tighten the bolts. If it wont go, remove the bolt, insert a flat-blade screwdriver in the **** and twist the screwdriver to expand a bit then tap some more. NOT HARD... just alot of little taps) Put the bolt back in and do the NEG (Black, -) the same way.
NOW it will start!

It is continuous. Some manufacturers used to say just "horsepower," when "continuous" horsepower was really a better measure. Consumers picked up on this and started asking your question. Now the horsepower quoted by almost all brands, including NordicTrack, os continuous. However, they got lots of consumers asking "What does 'continuous' mean? so now they just say "horsepower," even though it is "continuous" horsepower! First of all if the ABS and traction control lights are on then you have to get the codes to find out what could be causing the problem.Could be speed sensor, wiring,or module. As far as the speedo it is more than likely the instrument cluster. It will have to be replaced if it is sticking. If you can find a place that rebuilds them then do that.Hope this helps.Good luck.

ECM ground is one of a few causes for this condition. Check ground wire passenger side rear of block. Remove bolt and inspect condition of wire. Most times will need to replace 8in of wire
