Extract These Compressed Files Using Winrar.

  • Put your phone into download mode. ( Press VOL Down+- Home Button+Power Button). Now it will ask you to press VOL UP button. Press VOL UP

  • When your phone has entered into download mode, connect it to your PC using USB cable.

  • Now your device will be detected,( On task manager stop all processes related to kies)

  • Next we have to select each files from the extracted folder for ODIN.

1. PIT File: Click on the pit file option on ODIN, and now select the PIT file from extracted firmware folder.
2. Bootloader: Select Boot file from extracted folder
3. PDA: select the PDA file from folder
4. PHONE: Be careful in this step, you have to select the MODEM file instead of PHONE file from folder.
5. CSC: Select the GTS5360 named file.
  • After selecting all files, Press START button on ODIN. The Flashing process will start now. You can see a blue progress bar moving slowly. This shows that the flashing process is being done.

  • Wait for the process to finish.Make sure the USB cable is plugged in and never disconnect the device while process is going on.

  • After everything is finished, you can see a green colored bar appearing with PASS printed on it. Now the phone will restart automatically. Allow it to restart.

Just try to flash officail firmware on your phone using odin.
After flashing you can use alll the services and if you see that problem again after flashing then do these steps.
(1). Switch off your phone.
(2). press power button + volume up button + menu button press these all three buttons together then you will get into recovery mode.
(3). choose factory reset option using volume buttons and press menu button to choose and wait for some minutes.
(4). After doing it select reboot system by pressing menu button, after rebooting complete you can use your phone.

First my laptop crashed after i accepted an update and told me that i had a problem with my drivers. then i tried a system restore and it told me that the installation of windows couldn't be completed....

Hello
1 Try starting in safe mode.hold f8 key while booting up.Select safe mode.

2 Try running windows repair instead of system restore

3 If your running a dual or multicore processor, disable the multicore... Then try to install windows.
Once windows is installed re activate multi or dual core.
