Please cancel my order & refund me. It's been over a month now & still have not received the item. Case # 5135094403 Seller says it was delivered, it went to a Louisiana address.

You are required to contact the seller/ supplier direct ( by phone or e-mail) and make your request of them to get any action
be careful in how you approach them in your refund request as "changing your mind" is not a legal requirement to refund.but they are still required to deliver on the sale unless the items are no longer available in which case your are entitled to a refund

Amazon order was undeliverable. Where is item? How to get it delivered? Can I cancel it and later reorder to new address?

A.) contact the seller and notify them that you did not receive the purchased item
B.) if seller does not respond to your satisfaction, file a complaint with organization it was sold through (Ebay & PayPal, Amazon, etc.)
C.) if it was not bought through a place that provided protection, and you used a credit card, your card "should" protect you unless it was under $50
D.) if it was a bank card (debit) it is anyone's guess if you have any protection (my bank never offered any until just the past month). Check with your bank if this is the case.
/make sure you wait at least 3 days for the seller to respond, especially with the holidays/weekend here!

Seller not shipping item after payment


If you don't receive an item you paid for, you can receive a refund of the full purchase price plus original shipping on eligible purchases through the eBay resolution process.


Prior to that contact the seller and try to make conversation and solve the issue as these things may occur when selling online. But of coarse, if you cannot work things out you have the option of opening a case by going to the resolution center. Then a few questions will be asked from you and the seller will be contacted. If the seller doesn't make things right, eBay will review the case. If you didn't receive an item you paid for, you'll usually receive a full refund plus original shipping costs.

log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim

I just received an item and it is damaged!


Do this:
Contact the seller. -As soon as possible you should contact your seller to advise that the item has arrived damaged. Check also if it comes with insurance.
Also, send a photograph of the damage - this can be as an attachment to your email. The seller may require the item to be returned to them and, again, you should comply with this but make sure you send the item by trackable means in case you later need to make a paypal claim.
Once the seller has decided to issue a refund this should be completed within a reasonable time. If the refund is not forthcoming you may open a paypal claim to obtain a refund. The claim is called 'Significantly Not As Described' SNAD) and will entitle you to a full refund less return postage costs. You will have to return the item by trackable means and enter the tracking number online.

If the seller does not reply. -File a dispute and escalate it to ebay. Ebay would tell you to send the item back and where to send it. There is no reason to communicate with the seller after the case has been escalated. Return the item with Delivery Confirmation. Once the item shows as delivered back to the seller, you will receive your refund.

I just read on paypal that,,you can cancel only unclaimed payments. If the payment is complete, you can contact the person who received the payment and request a refund.

But if you already cancelled the order, you will need to contact the seller and ask the seller to file the cancel transaction case for you. Then you will just need to agree to it, once you agreed to the cancel transaction you can then just delete the item in your account.
All buy it now's, bids are binding and it depends on the seller on whether he/she will file the cancel transaction for you or else will file the unpaid item case.

By the way, the eBay rep will just tell you to contact the seller. That's for sure if you haven't received the cancel transaction case from the seller.

Hi there!
First, you can contact the seller and ask the seller if they can exchange it for a smaller size or a refund. If it's not as described in the listing, then you can file for the item not as described case that way, the seller will be notified about it. If the seller will not work things out with you, then you can escalate the case into a claim then eBay will give you the steps on how to return the address to the seller (although most of the time buyer will shoulder the return shipping as stated in their eBay buyer protection program, duh!) Just send back the item if you will see the return address of the seller in the case and don't click the close this case link if you haven't received the refund yet.
In returning the item, make sure that you will purchase tracking because it will be the one that eBay will use to issue the refund. Once it shows "delivered" then eBay will get the payment from the seller's recoupment payment method on file, if eBay can't get anything from it then eBay will shoulder the amount and will issue you refund.
