F103 indicates HDD transfer time-out.
U can try format the HDD (08-690).
Then u perform the bad sector check (08-694). *take long time
If the check result is OK, recover the data in the HDD. If
the check result is failed, replace the HDD.
* replacement of HDD require firmware update

C-430: Thermistor abnormality after abnormality judgment: Abnormality of the thermistor is detected after a specified period of time has passed from power-ON (including ready state).
You can try going into (08) mode by holding 0 and 8 while turning on the copier. Once the copier starts up key in 400 and press start, input "0" and press interrupt. Try rebooting the copier, if this doesn't clear that call for service then you are going to need to get work done on your fuser.

first off try firmware if that does not work it could be the exposure lamp faulty or the slg board (board under the metal plate in the optics cavity) faulty ro the inverter is faulty. but also make sure that the white strip under the glass is clean
