A 211 is generally caused by the degree wheel not resting in the "red" zone. This zone indicates the machine is in a ready state to start or shift. Look at the degree wheel and manually move it to the zone (around 100-110 degrees). If this doesn't work it will need repaired. It usually takes 1-3 hours depending on what is involved.
