If you have the necessary bearing pullers and the replacement bearings and the shop press, then go for it. Otherwise, a new motor is the best bet.

Bearings for electric motor

replacing bearings can be tricky, but if you are willing to try most of these motors use 6203 2rs c3 bearings all for the back bearing, the front could be 3 different sizes. after removing them bring the rotor to your local pool pump motor repair shop, and have them remove and replace. about $20.

Pentair IntelliFlo VS-3050 & VS+SVRS Variable Speed Pump -leaks from housing

Which part of the housing?
The back against the motor or against the strainer basket housing?
Parts break down for the Pentair IntelliFlo VS-3050 here.
If leak is on the back of the housing - shaft seal. Or if the leak is on the front the replace O-Rings #10 or #23 in diagram.

My pump has water squirting out the sides, can you tell me what to do? It also shuts off after a short time.

sounds like it needs a volute gasket, you can remove the six bolts that hold the wet end to the seal plate and replace the gasket. It's the same color (almost) as the pump body. The shutting off part can be a number of things. It can be a flow issue, possibly caused by the leak. Intelliflo pumps are tricky, if replacing the gasket does not help the shutting down problem, you may have to call a tech. There are many variables that could cause that.
