Question about Computers & Internet
.tmp are temporary files. These files can be cleaned up using disc cleanup in most every Windows operating system. Some .tmp files are erased when you turn your PC off. The easiest way to get rid of them is to use disc cleanup in Windows then if you can, defragment your hard drive. You can manually delete them if you know where to look.
