SOURCE: wrong direction of rotation
swap any two leads L1 to L3 this will change rotation hope this helps a common color code is brown orange yellow in that order known as BOY at power feed you can change the wires at the disconnect load or motor side

not you cannot...the switch is not rated to handle the cicuit load, it is only designed to handle the load of a lighting circuit, and you will overload it, and either blow the circuit breaker(or fuse) or worse catch the wires on fire

Testimonial: "thanks so what can i use to make this motor slower or faster"
SOURCE: replaced century 1/6hp fan motor
If you only have two leads on that motor then it is not a reversible motor or there is another way to reverse it...
Are there other wires with a plug connecting them on the end of the motor? If so then you reverse the rotation there... sometimes there is a switch in the side of the motor...
If there is none of this then you need to get another motor because the one you have is running the wrong way and will not work...

SOURCE: how to rewire dayton 2m034
Check and see if there is a plug with 2 wires coming out of the motor, connected through the plug to two other wires. Reversing the orientation of the plug should change the rotation.

SOURCE: Change rotation
Only if the motor is reversible will you be able to do this. If it is, you will have 4 small wires on the motor that have 1 connection each. They usually have 2 males and 2 females. Depending on how you connect them is what determines the rotation. For example:
CCW- Brown to Purple/ Purple to Brown
CW- Brown to Brown/ Purple to Purple
Hope this helps!
