All incoming calls go directly to voicemail on lg-b470. Phone does not ring or vibrate.

A lot of the times this is related to if you're currently displaying that you have service.

*Please check and see if you're currently showing that you have service.

*Also, I would say with most smartphones a factory reset should work for this!

Device can't understand voice commands.Keeps asking for commands and tries to call wrong contacts.

press and hold power and volume buttons to reset the device,pair it with the radio or phone and start over,when doing anything with voice you need to get rid of ALL background noises,including radio and air,(windows down),

Turn off Voice Command

LOL Oh yes it is . you have to click on voice command and another option pops up.
