SOURCE: LEAKING BOSTITCH AIR NAILER

you probably have a trigger valve that is green. if so then it will have to be replaced, the valve runs about $ 20 but you can put it in your self.

you need oil....put oil in the mail fitting, just a little and it will go away. your o rings are dry and wont create a seal.

What degree nails are used in stanley bostitch n60fn nail gun

I've repaired many nail guns and I can tell you the Stanley Bostitch N60FN uses 15 guage nails from 1 1/4" to 2 1/2" long in the FN1500 series of Bostitch nails. Nowhere does SB or any of their aftermarket dealers list what the angle of the nails is. I do know most of the SB nail guns that come through for repairs are because of damage to them from using other than SB series nails.

I have a Stanley Bostitch finish nailer n60fn its leaking air from the trigger and housing. Is this something that I can rebuild and if so where can I get the information on how to rebuild it?

The fix it replace the trigger valve. It is a 5 minute job and seems to be a pretty common problem. Bad news is they seem to run about $30. I believe the bostitch # is TVA6

O ring for bostitch n60fn

What you need is part # ORK1 and you can order it online from amazon.com The oring kit is $16.25. And if you also require a trigger valve assy it is listed on the page with the oring kit. The trigger valve assy is TVA6. Any questions please post back.
