SOURCE: Jam in the document feeder
I think I found my answer. You don't have to un do any screws. Lift up the cover to the automatic feeder. You will see a spring on the side of the mechanism towards the front; remove the spring; that will allow you to lift up the little arm the spring was attached to and remove the roller or bar and the light blue/green plate just under it. Then you will be able to see the jammed paper, which which I was able to carefully pull out with a pair of tweezers. Some was under rubber rollers, but when I pulled the paper sideways it slipped out. Now it works!

SOURCE: MP390 paper jam at feeder
First thing that comes to mind is that SOMETHING you (or someone) fed in, had a paper clip, staple, crinkle or some other unnatural thickness on one side of the paper - and it's stuck inside the feed mechanism.
I had the same exact thing with the feeder on my shredder. You have to get right inside you printer to find the problem.
Watever it may have been probably got stuck in the paper path so EVERYTHING from that point on gets skewed as it gets sucked into the printer and jams.
Can you get "IN" to clear the path?

SOURCE: Document Feeder jams
I got adventurous and removed the screws holding the document feeder. I then used a can of air and blew into the gears and then reassembled the feeder. It works perfectly.

250 prjm is caused by it not picking paper from mp feeder bottom door of two doors try loading paper on bottom door and pressing go should pick paper up looks like what the tray is not set to a4 check its on a4 on display this is a common problem as mp feeder is set to a4 so if it does not see tray 1 as a4 will go th mp feeder and as no paper will give 250 prjm
