How do I change my debit card number to a new number? I lost my card on file, but now have a new card'

You can not change your old card number. When you apply for a new card they will send you a new card and ask you to activate the new card by calling a phone number that is on your new card. They will help you from there to set up a new pin number.

Can I transfer sim card between same model tracphones

Yes. With a sim card it should activate itself with any model phone that belongs to that carrier. If it will not activate automatically just call carrier and they will have it activated in minutes .

put the sim card { inside the back of the phone close to the battery} from the old phone to the new phone. OR if your new phone has a sim card call tmobile and have them activate the new sim card. Or you can activate it at tmobile .com.

My old phone went off and my still don't work

I think you may want to identify if the phone you are working with is a GSM or CDMA. GSM phones are usually accompanied with sim cards and CDMA does not. If this new phone is a GSM phone, you would need a sim card for the service to work. If it is CDMA, than the phone should activate on it's own.

Put old sim card in new phone. If you do not have the old sim card, you will need to contact the service provider for activation.

Sim card not warking

Have you rung your service provider and activated your sim card? It is important to have the phone turned off while doing this. If you haven't changed your number, turn the old phone off too (just in case), and ring them to activate your new sim. You have not posted whether you are using your old or new sim, but judging by the other people with the same problem, this sounds like the case. They will want the serial number off the back of the sim card to do this.

Phone not accepting a new SIM card

I think you have activated this sim only lock. This should be found under security menu. Try unlocking i first. If none works, you may consider flashing the phone if you need the phone working.

No active sim

Sounds like the SIM card you are trying to use has been de-activated. It is either an 'older' type or has not been used for a long time.

Just double-check that the card is inserted properly, and the right way round - you never know!

You may have to get a new SIM card and activate it.

If you want to keep your old number, however, it may be worth calling your network provider and asking if they can re-activate the sim card that you have.
