Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

AT&T has made it extremely easy to activate and deactivate the Caller ID (I'm assuming that you incorrectly Q rather than D) Unfortunately, you have not provided the name and model of your phone. However, all is not lost.

I'm providing the sequence for their most popular phone. Follow the instructions and if that doesn't do the job for you, just click on the activation link at the foot of this page.

How do I get the feature key to stop blinking?

These phones work on about 8 NEC phone systems, but most are just newer versions of the same system. So, most likely the callback feature has been activated. Someone internally calls you, you don't answer, they dial # to activate callback. You come back to your phone, see feature key flashing, lift handset, dial #, call goes to whoever set callback, then feature key stops blinking.

Want to know how we can divert our Panasonic KX-T7730 to a mobile number

What you want to do is to activate the call forwarding feature offered by your phone company. Different phone companies have different procedures. With many companies you dial *72 then at the second dial tone dial the number to forward to. This number has to answer the call to activate call forwarding. For precise instructions please contact your telephone company.

Can I block calls from coming in

Contact your house phone service provider and request Call Screen or Call Blocker. Ask the representative for the activation date for the feature.

  • 2 Pick up your house phone on the activation date and listen for the dial tone. Dial "*60" on the phone's keypad. Rotary phone users should dial "1160" instead.
  • 3 Enter the number to block when prompted by the system. Re-enter the number to confirm that you want to add the number to your blocked callers list. Hang up the phone.

Yesterday i bought a samsung Punch ch@t322 mobile phone which have the dual sim active facility but can't configure it to attain the 2 calls on two diffrent numbers simultaneously .

Technically It doesn't have the capability to dial two different number at the same time. And no phone allows that feature yet, even triple-sim phones. However if you are referring to 3-way calling or conferencing then that is possible. All you need to do is dial the first number once call is established go to the option menu and look for something that says conference or make another call.

I can't get to my voice mail.

from your device, try to dial YOUR OWN phone number. EX if your phone number was 123-456-7890, you would dial that number and hit the green send button to initiate call. this should take you directly into your voicemail as long as you are using the phone that your account is connected to. I hope i was able to assist you today.

Cannot receive calls and dial tone flashing

You have a feature active on your phone it's more than likely a call forward feature which would redirect you calls. The broken dial tone or stutter dial tone is an indicator a feature is active. Contact you system admin for the clear all feature code and the clear all call forwarding codes.

To activate Call Block or add a telephone number to the rejection list, dial *60. If you dont know the number to be blocked, dial *60 immediately after hanging up from the call. To turn off Call Block, dial *80. Call Block cannot block calls from some cellular phones, pay phones or business lines. It also cannot block most long distance numbers.
