Open Enrollment 2019 - Information, Questions & Answers
The annual open enrollment period for the upcoming 2019 plan year will be from October 15th through November 15th, 2018.
OPEN ENROLLMENT ELECTION OPTIONS
- If you choose to remain with your current plan, NO ACTION IS REQUIRED.
- If you are a currently enrolled in the Anthem Medicare Advantage plan with TRB and would like to change your election to Stirling Medicare Supplement plan with TRB please complete the form which will be in the envelope that you receive from the TRB. You can also obtain a copy of the form by clicking Anthem Medicare Advantage Opt-Out form.
- If you are currently enrolled in the Stirling Medicare Supplement plan with TRB and would like to change your election to Anthem Medicare Advantage plan with TRB please complete the form in the 2019 Anthem pre-enrollment kit. You can also obtain a copy of the form by clicking Anthem Medicare Advantage enrollment form.
- If you choose to cancel all TRB coverage, please complete the TRB Health Insurance Cancellation Form available on our website. Click on this link to access the form. TRB Health Insurance Cancellation Form. You will not be able to re-enroll for two years.
