Hi.
You will need to print the Printer configuration page.
The procedure is;
Menu > Printer Features > Configuration page.
You will see it in the top.

That code requires going into the SP (Service Protocol) mode. If you have the service manual, it will tell you which buttons to press to enter it and to exit service mode. Once you enter service mode, power down the printer. If that doesn't reset, you have to go back into service mode, go the the SC/Fuser reset SP and once executed, power down then restart. Hint: you have to go to "SERVICE" then 1 will display. Press the right arrow key until you reach "5" then press the OK button. You can then right or left arrow until you find the reset SP. Go to sp mode press Clear Modes 107 and press Clear Stop for four seconds. Screen will change enter to SP Modes. enter 2109-1 and execute. then enter 2109-2 and execute. That should do it.
