If you're using Surface Pro 3 that switches between landscape or portrait modes, ensure your display setting is in landscape mode in order for mf toolbox to run.

I out of paper jam & try this print so not working on printer& blinking the light,please help me..

Press [ ] (Menu setting key), and then start the menu operation
Press [< ] or [ >] until "U" is displayed.
Press [ start button] to print the user data list

I got mine to work. Just set the compatibility mode for the .exe file to Windows XP (Service Pack 2).

I called Canon support; this is a known issue, and the workaround that worked on Windows 7 x64 was to use Windows Fax
& Scan (Start > All Programs > Windows Fax & Scan.

I have the same problem. You can't use Canon Toolbox 4.9x. It does not work. You will have to download and intall the x64 driver only from the Canon website for the MF5770.

Unpack the x64 driver and install it.

Go to the Start-menu and click on Units and Printers. Right-click with your mouse when hovering over the printer, then choose scan, fax or print.

We can only hope that Canon will solve the problem in the future, most likely not since MF5770 is an older Multifunction-machine.

I have Windows Vista Home Basic. I anm using 5750 scanner after downloading the following software MF5700_PrtDriverV300_Win_EN.exe &MF5700_PrtDriverV300_Win_EN from the Canon site. I am not an expert in knowing what are all these. But it just worked after downloading them and running.
