Sounds like you have the machine set up to print reports on all occasions, fax transmission, error, etc. You can change this by doing the following:
1 Press these keys:
The display will show:
2 Press a number from 1 to 5 to select
the condition for printing.
ALWAYS PRINT A report will be printed after each
transmission, reception, or error.
ERR/TIMER/MEM A report will be printed after an error,
timer operation, or memory operation.
SEND ONLY A report will be printed after each
NEVER PRINT A report will never be printed.
ERROR ONLY A report will be printed only when an
To print from memory:
If the memory becomes full...
If the memory becomes full while the document is being scanned,
MEMORY IS FULL will appear in the display.
♦ Press the START/MEMORY key if you want to transmit the pages
which have been stored up to that point in memory. The remaining
pages will be ejected from the feeder. After transmission, the memory
will be cleared and you can transmit the remaining pages. You
will also need to transmit the page which was being scanned when
the memory filled up.
♦ Press the STOP key if you want to cancel the entire transmission.

It's possible you're not dialing the country's calling code or not dialing the correct sequence for international calling. To place a call out of the U.S. dial: "011 - country code - city code - number" The country code for Poland is 48. The link below contains the city codes for Poland which you may not have. Hello sir; The fax cable have included two line , one is incoming , one is outgoing , therefore I suggest you replace a new cable see what happen.
