Question about Samsung Televison & Video
Unfortunately, this type of behavior is almost always symptomatic of an internal hardware failure, meaning something that will require repairs. try disconnecting everything from the tv except power (all hdmi cables, all connected components, etc), and tell me if the tv will stay on that way... sometimes this issue is caused by errant hdmi control signals from an attached component (like a cable/sat box, dvd player, etc) but since it is getting partly through the boot process, I would suspect the power supply is okay and the main board is the failure point... You may need to see a registered repairer in your area
