SOURCE: How much oil in pump...Craftsman 2200 PSI pressure washer

Hello:
Best to use NON DETERGENT 10W30. Be sure you fill the reservoir only 1/3 to less than 1/2 full.

SOURCE: what oil, how much oil, and how change oil on pump of ry80030a

The RY80030 Pressure washer has a Faip pump on it. There is no drain plug and you do not change the oil in it. The pump only holds 4.5 ounces of oil and the pump only has a life expectancy of between 30 and 50 hours. If for some reason The oil gets drained, remove the pump from the motor and set it on a bench standing up on end. Remove the allen bolts holding the water and oil sides of the pump together.Be carful as the piston springs are under load. fill the pump 3/4 of the way full and replace the head. there is a smoke stack on the pump but it is simply a breather not an oil fill.

How to replace oil pressure sensor

Check engine is not a likely indicator of oil pressure. The red oil light tells when oil pressure is low or the sensor is failing..
you can get a free OBD2 scan at your local auto parts store to identify the cause.

What are the signs to identify if you need to change oil pump

Generally, if the oil pressure drops below a standard level, say 20psi at idle, the oil pump could be failing. But it could be other things too.
It would depend on the age and condition of the engine among other things.

Hi dear expert I have a Husqvarna SM 125 '07 (zCGH200AB7V011268) I have such a problem: blinking light oil (3 long 3 short) oil in the tank is full, look forward to your reply, Regards Nazar...

That warning is for the oil pressure- it's missing. Check the pipe connecting the tank to the oil pump and the cartridge filter. If they are free then the pump and the engine will have to be dismantled to identify what went wrong.

The oil light came on and it says no oil pressure stop the engine. What would cause this?

This problem can be caused by; low engine oil, bad oil pump, or bad or disconnected oil pressure switch. Please identify which engine your car has and which model Jetta it is (2.0T, 2.5,GLI, TDI or Value Edition) in order to establish the location of the components.

My McCullough chainsaw series 3200 is leaking oil, all the oil drained out. i need a manual.

Operator Manuals for McCulloch are difficult to find and will not help with this problem unless you want a repair facility. You can try here:
Operators Manuals: are much more difficult. I have dialed this number many times (Contact Us - All McCulloch Products 1 (800) 521-8559) and have yet to get a satisfactory response. Please try this! If enough of us try they will fix it!

You provided no model number; this one was given in a 3200 fuel problem I answered earlier. An IPL for the model you provided follows (this is actually a 3214, I have never found a 3200):
http://www.ordertree.com/modelinfo/MCC/11-600032-32-Mac-3214-06%2F93-IPL-211229/139.11-600032-32-Mac-3214-06%2F93-IPL-211229.1.59.1.html
It is the only 600032-32 here:
McCulloch IPLs (all)
The IPL (exploded parts list) for your saw is the only detail for the oil system is sketchy at best. Oiler components and part numbers are listed but may be on different illustrations. They are also beneficial with disassembly/reassembly:
http://www.ordertree.com/modelinfo/McCulloch/139.59.html
There is a less detailed print here:
Chainsaws 32cc-35cc

On this block of saws the oil pump is under the flywheel and there are many hoses. Please use the IPL to identify and locate oiler parts. I hope you find a burst hose. There are oil pump repair kits listed. Unless the pump has an obvious crack or hole I would not attempt to change it until I had exhausted all other possibilities.

This works for older MCs but MTD (this one) saws often deviate from the explanation. It will give you a little guidance if you try to locate a different IPL.

I know it is not plugged but this may also be helpful.
Oil System Plugged:

  1. Remove the clutch cover, bar, and chain, clean the bar groove, any holes and passages on the rear of the bar (both sides, consider rotating the bar), if equipped with a sprocket nose ensure it rotates easily at least one complete revolution. Clean the saw oiler hole and channel. Insert a blunted, hooked piece of wire through the oil filler hole and pull the hose in the oil tank out. Pay attention to the screen or filter on the free end (clean or replace, difficult to determine serviceability). Start the saw and see if it oils when revved up (oozes down side of saw). If yes reassemble your saw. If no, continue with 2.
  2. Work your way through the linkage (use IPL to identify components and locations) cleaning and replacing any defective parts as you go. Carefully check the hoses for cracks especially at bends and connections. If equipped with an oil pump it is usually behind the clutch (clutch is a left handed thread). Please make extensive notes & some digital pictures will help during reassembly.
If it does not oil on completion of 1 it is most likely a bad oiler or worm gear (see IPL).

These are very difficult to work on, most saw shops will not attempt a repair. I hope the chainsaw Gods smile on your undertaking. Good Luck. If you have more questions or need additional help please reply below and I will get back to you. Thank you for using FixYa HTH
