Only you have the security code. Do a RESET of the D-Link, this will reset to default settings. Press and hold the RESET button until the D-Link resets , 30 sec. or so, Reconfigure the SSID and Security code. Take a look at this: http://support.dlink.com/emulators/wbr2310/index.htm

CD is not available separately or from Dlink Support and you dont really need the CD either. From the above link you can download the user manual.
After the SecureSpot hardware is installed, the security services subscription must be activated. From any PC on the network, attempt to browse the Internet. The browser should be redirected to the Thank You page. (Be sure to disable or uninstall any Internet Security or Personal Firewall Software to prevent registration/client installation problems)
Also from the above link you can also check the Emulator to facilitate the installation & configuration process.

HI! to secure the dlink wireless network, u need to access the setup page of the router, pull up a browser and type in at the url:192.168.0.1 and it will ask the username and password, by default the username is admin and password, just leave it blank and it will show the setup page, on the left side select on wireless settings and manual settings, you can select any option here on what type of security u will set. once setting is done u have to save the settings.. once done u have to connect ur wireless computer to the secured wireless network that u create it will ask the password and connect

This is an easy answer and a not so easy answer. I'm assuming you mean wireless security, one to keep your neighbors off of your internet.

A little lesson. There are basically 2 types of security, WEP and WPA-PSK. The first is simple but it slows down your connection and isn't very secure. It does, keep the dummies out of your network. The second, is more secure, BUT, if you lose the password, you just hosed yourself, because it's not visible.

You may also manually configure the wireless security of the router. The instructions is posted on Dlink's Knowledge Base.

Just select the model number of your router and click GO. Then click on Wireless Encryption and select the type of encryption you want to configure on the router.

Type 192.168.0.1 (you can type the router address if you have changed) and enter on browser's addressbar. Router's interface will appear.
Click on SETUP and Click on the WIRELESS SETTINGS at left side. on the page you will see the option of WIRELESS SECURITY by drop down menu you can choose the Security mode that you wish. here is the link for the emulator
