I have 1998 Dodge Stratus. I had the ignition switch replaced because the ignition would stay on even though the car was turned off and key was removed. I would wake up in morning with battery drained. Now...

No, it would not be anything to do with the alternator.

My guess would be the body control module, or BCM-a minicomputer under the dash that controls a lot of electrical functions- lights, cabin controls, etc. Not sure if the bcm has anything to do with the air bags, though.

I first was thinking that somehow a part of the fuse panel (the part that has fuses for the things you said would not work) was not being sent power from the ignition switch. Those fuses are only sent power to them and their circuits when the ignition is in accessory or run. But that doesn't explain the headlights coming on by themselves...that is why I am now thinking your problem may be the BCM. You might need a pro to sort it out. Also check with the dodge dealer if any reprogramming is necessary when replacing the BCM. It's up under the dash somewhere, maybe behind the glove box. You would need a voltmeter or multi-meter to do any diagnosing. Also a wiring diagram, and a flow chart or troubleshooting steps...gets pretty complicated...it can be diagnosed to kind of see if the bcm is the problem, but that is often left to a shop or the dealer. Your car has some strange electrical problems. Did that have anything to do with the previous owner selling it?

Classifications of computer

types of Computer According to Operation.

There are three basic types of computer according to their operation:
1. Analog Computers.
2. Digital Computers.
3. Hybrid Computers.
1. Analog Computers:
"Those computers which are used for measuring of physical quantities are calledAnalog Computers". Analog means variable and physical quantity always changes.
"Those computers which measured analog type of data are called Analog Computers"
These computers accept input in analog form and provide an analog output of information. It represents physical quantities like distance, velocity, acceleration and temperature. It measures continues changes in physical quantities. e.g. speedometer of a care, temperature, needle's watch for measuring the time, volt meter for measuring voltage. Now a day analog computers are using for Engineering and Scientific works. In Oil Refinery measures flow and temperature of oil. They are also used in Paper making and Chemical Industry. Out put of the analog computer is generally in the form of readings. These computers are dial in situation where data can be measure directly from measuring instrument without having to convert into numbers or codes. Now a day Analog Computers are proceed to Digital Computers. For example: Analog watch to Digital Watch, Analog Balance to Digital Balance and Analog Thermometer to Digital Thermometer etc.
2. Digital Computers:
"Those Computers which accept digital input and provides information in digital form are called Digital Computers".
"Those Computers which measure in term of digital quantity are called Digital Computers".
These computers works on the base of binary digits i.e. (0 & 1).
The results of the Digital Computers are more accurate, precise and reliable then the result of Analog Computers. Digital Computers are faster then Analog Computers. Analog Computers lack memory while Digital Computers store information.
Accounting machine and Calculator are the common example of Digital Computer.
Now a day Analog Computers are proceed to Digital Computers. For example: Analog watch to Digital Watch, Analog Balance to Digital Balance and Analog Thermometer to Digital Thermometer.
3. Hybrid Computers:
"Those Computers which accept digital inputs and provides outputs in the form of analog and vice versa".
Hybrid Computers have the characteristics of both Analog & Digital Computers. It is the computer which measures both the analog and digital quantities. It combines the both features of analog and digital computer. Hybrid Computer has process with the speed of analog and accuracy of digital computer. They are used for special purpose. These are designed to perform special task. For example ECG machine. Hybrid Computers are also used in Air Defense System. Data Communication and Transmission and in different laboratory for medicines.
Basically computer has two types according to their function.
1. Special Purpose Computers:
2. General Purpose Computers:
1. Special purpose Computers:
"Types of computers which are manufactured for specific task are called Special purpose Computers".
These computers are also known as "Dedicated Computers" because these are designed for special jobs. In other words they are designed to handle specific problems. e.g. they are used in Computer Games, Control of Traffic Lights and in Defense System. A set of instruction permanent program feed to them. As they have to perform only one job so they are very fast.

2. General Purpose Computers:
"Types of Computers which can perform all types of jobs and can run all types of programs are called General Purpose Computers".
Those computers are performing variety of jobs and use for General Purpose. For example with a personal computer a user can perform typing, can play games, can make graphics and can do arithmetic operations. General Purpose Computers are versatile but they are slow in processing and less efficient as compare to Dedicated Computers.
Classifications of Computer Classifications of Computer
Computers are classified into different categories according to their physical size, cost and speed. We can general classified them into 05 categories. (Classifications of Computer)
1. Very Small (Micro Controllers)
2. Small (Micro Computers)
3. Medium (Mini Computers)
4. Large (Mainframe)
5. Very Large (Supper Computer)

I cant statr engine ,yellov light with efi sign is turned on and red light with lock is blinking

The yellow engine light comes on everytime you push the key for start, since the scooter is a 2010 chec for the safety stand swich and the connection maybe is lose. is this does not work, can be the swich that is not desingage the security sistem if they have one. check for the coil some time the vibration of the engine lose the spark plug connection. if any of this work and your sccoter have a iici module thats control the timing and power to run the engine works like a minicomputer maybe thers the problem and the ici have to be replase. after do anyting check for warranty coverage.
Good Luck.

What is computer?

computer computer.gif

A programmable machine. The two principal characteristics of a computer are:
  • It responds to a specific set of instructions in a well-defined manner.
  • Modern computers are electronic and digital. The actual machinery -- wires, transistors, and circuits -- is called hardware; the instructions and data are called software.
All general-purpose computers require the following hardware components:
  • memory : Enables a computer to store, at least temporarily, data and programs.
  • mass storage device : Allows a computer to permanently retain large amounts of data. Common mass storage devices include disk drives and tape drives.
  • input device : Usually a keyboard and mouse, the input device is the conduit through which data and instructions enter a computer.
  • output device : A display screen, printer, or other device that lets you see what the computer has accomplished.
  • central processing unit (CPU): The heart of the computer, this is the component that actually executes instructions.
  • In addition to these components, many others make it possible for the basic components to work together efficiently. For example, every computer requires a bus that transmits data from one part of the computer to another.
Computers can be generally classified by size and power as follows, though there is considerable overlap:
  • personal computer : A small, single-user computer based on a microprocessor. In addition to the microprocessor, a personal computer has a keyboard for entering data, a monitor for displaying information, and a storage device for saving data.
  • workstation : A powerful, single-user computer. A workstation is like a personal computer, but it has a more powerful microprocessor and a higher-quality monitor.
  • minicomputer : A multi-user computer capable of supporting from 10 to hundreds of users simultaneously.
  • mainframe : A powerful multi-user computer capable of supporting many hundreds or thousands of users simultaneously.
  • supercomputer : An extremely fast computer that can perform hundreds of millions of instructions per second.

Acer Computer... extremely slow response time.

try installing ccleaner. It is free software from download.com
once installed go to the tools then to startup and disable anything running in the startup. then run cleaner. If it is still running slow change the ram. There may be some kind of driver issue with your speakers. They may also be bad speakers. Who knows' but the netbooks are not going to have the best quality of sound anyways. worst case buy headphones or external speakers

    What is enterprise network?

During the 1980s, organizations began to install local area networks to connect computers in departments and workgroups.
enterprise networks would let people throughout the organization exchange e-mail and work together using collaborative software. An enterprise network would connect all the isolated departmental or workgroup networks into an intracompany network, with the potential for allowing all computer users in a company to access any data or computing resource.

An enterprise network is both local and wide area in scope. It integrates all the systems within an organization, whether they are Windows computers, Apple Macintoshes, UNIX workstations, minicomputers, or mainframes.
An enterprise network can be thought of as a "plug-and-play" platform for connecting many different computing devices. In this platform scenario, no user or group is an island. All systems can potentially communicate with all other systems while maintaining reasonable performance, security, and reliability.
