Trying to set my garden leisure spa on sleep so it circulates less. Currently it turn on every hour and runs for 7 minutes. My electric bill is out the roof.

there is a thing called a switch that you can activate to turn it off unless you are using it
That saves about 85% of the power bill
retime the timer to run at longer periods for less time or fit your own timer in the lead to the pump

Physical fitness consists of five component

The 5 Components of Physical Fitness:

We all have an idea of what "fit" should look like. For some people, it means having a sleek Hollywood body, while others want to have massive muscles or a perfect hourglass figure.

But fitness isn't defined by appearance! There are five components of physical fitness you need to consider:

1. Muscular Strength

This is the "power" that helps you to lift and carry heavy objects. Without muscular strength, your body would be weak and unable to keep up with the demands placed upon it.

The way to increase strength is to train with heavy weights, working in the 4 - 6 or 12 - 15 rep ranges. The heavier the weight, the fewer reps you should perform!

2. Muscular Endurance

Endurance is the ability of your muscles to perform contractions for extended periods of time. Rather than just lifting or carrying something for a few seconds, the muscles are used for minutes.

The way to increase strength is to train with light weights, working in the 20 - 25 rep range. Working with lighter weight will train the muscle fibers needed for muscular endurance, and the higher rep range leads to a longer period of exercise.

3. Cardiovascular Endurance

Cardiovascular endurance is your body's ability to keep up with exercise like running, jogging, swimming, cycling, and anything that forces your cardiovascular system (lungs, heart, blood vessels) to work for extended periods of time. Together, the heart and lungs fuel your body with the oxygen needed by your muscles, ensuring that they have the oxygen needed for the work they are doing.

The Cooper Run (running as far as possible in 12 minutes) is a test commonly used to assess cardiovascular endurance, but many trainers use the Step Test (stepping onto a platform for 5 minutes). Both are accurate measures of a subject's cardiovascular endurance.

4. Flexibility

Flexibility is one of the most important, yet often overlooked, components of physical fitness. Without flexibility, the muscles and joints would grow stiff and movement would be limited. Flexibility training ensures that your body can move through its entire range of motion without pain or stiffness.

To test your flexibility, lean forward and try to touch your toes. Those with good flexibility will usually be able to touch their toes, while those with limited flexibility will not. The sit and reach test (sitting on the floor and reaching toward your toes) is another good way to assess your flexibility. The more flexible you are, the closer you will come to touching your toes and beyond.

5. Body Fat Composition

Body fat composition refers to the amount of fat on your body. For example, a 100-pound person with a 25% body fat composition will have a lean body mass of 75 pounds.

$170 He's still out the Hundred dollar bill plus the $70 in merchandise that she so called Purchased with the stolen money. and technically he'd be out $200 if You count the $30 he gave her back in change.

When interest is compounded why does the accrued amount not become the principal aount for the next period of time

It becomes part of the new principal. The new principal is equal to the old principal + interest for the period.

As an example:
Principal $100
Interest Rate 10% compounded annually

Opening Closing
Balance Interest Balance
100 10 110
110 11 121
121 12.10 133.10

Good luck.

When does your heart work the hardest

Work is often defined as how much volume or weight is carried, for how far in a given period of time. Examples: Move 1000 Lbs 10 feet in 10 minutes, Now move it 20 feet in 10 min - you've done twice the work. Or, 2000 lbs 10 feet in 10 minutes = twice the work. 1000 lbs, 10 feet in 5 minutes = twice the work.

So, a good measure for a heart would be how much blood is pumped in a period of time. The amount of blood in each beat doesn't really change, this distance is always the same, so how often it happens is a pretty good indicator. Simplified, you could say that the heart does the most work when it beats the fastest. Run for 130 beats per minute is 4 times the work of say, sleeping at 30 beats in a minute. Anything that raises yur heart rate to the highest would be the most work.

How to Reset ECM on a 2002 Hyundai elantra

I found this on a HYUNDAI form
Firstly bring the car to normal operating temperature by driving for 15 minutes or so.
Now open the bonnet and disconnect the earth lead from the battery, ensure this is not touching any part of the bodywork - insulate if necessary - and wait 5 minutes.
Next switch on the ignition and depress the foot brake for 20 seconds - this will completely discharge the ECU's capacitors via the brake lights.
The next step (to be carried out immediately, while the engine is still warmed-up) is to carefully re-connect the battery earth lead, close the bonnet and now drive the car in a spirited fashion (accelerating rapidly through the gears, full-throttle straights etc. etc.) for a full 30 minutes. Try to choose a quiet time on the roads for this, (i.e. early on a Sunday morning!).

This period of driving will `re-educate` your ECU into adopting more aggressive timing curves and alter the fuelling to match. It will also allow the uniticon1.png to recognise any modifications you have made and to react accordingly.
If, on the other hand, you are not interested in outright performance, but are more concerned with economy and flexibility, use your normal driving styleicon1.png during this 30-minute run!

How can i program the counter to count bills totaling one hundred...for example one hundred ones and restarts

The Batch button allows you to count bills in batches from 1 - 999. For example, if you want to sort into piles of 100 bills, the machine will count 100 bills, then stops. Once you remove those 100 bills, it will continue to count the next batch of 100 bills, then stops again. The machine is preset to common counting mode, To count bills in batches, press BATCH. Batching is preset to 100 bills. To change batch amount, press C to clear, and use the keypad to enter a batch number between 1 and 999. Press SET to save the setting.

Avoid frequent opening of the door where it's air conditioned. Avoid keep closing the doors even a/c is switch off. It helps to cool the room next times in short minutes. How to work a slimline creda nitestore heater

I have one of these heaters as well. The input/output dials are thermostats.

The higher the input dial is set, the more power the heater draws during its charge cycle (ie the "on" period that is set on your time panel). Which means a higher daily ration of heat, and a bigger power bill.

The higher the output dial is set, the more quickly the heater lets the stored heat out. So the highest setting would give you most of your daily ration of heat during the "on" period but less heat for the "off period... while the lowest setting would give you a relatively constant heat output throughout the day.
