Question about The Computers & Internet
I have now realised that as I was wanting to fly into Denver I should have booked from JHB to Denver. I was not able to cancel my booking online. I phoned a number in USA early this morning which said that I had 11 hours to cancel the ticket with a full refund. I then had to phone expedia.ie as somehow my ticket had been purchased through Ireland even though I have an expedia account. The agent there said that the 24 hours was from the time I booked at 10h42 their time not sure what time that is as Ireland is only 1 hour behind SA at this time of the year. She informed me that I only has until 11h59 to cancel the ticket. I am not sure what part of 24 hours from time of booking that I am not understanding? Are you able to assist me please?

Found the following in AT&Ts FAQs for your phone, I'll leave only what might be relevant: # Charge the handset for 12 hours. After the first charge, the battery will quick charge in only 8 hours. Re-cradle the handset nightly for recharging. The battery will not overcharge. # Connect telephone line from base to unit to modular telephone jack. If cord is already plugged in, unplug and reconnect at both ends. Also, you may want to try another cord from a working telephone. See the owner's manual under "Connecting to Phone Line." (you can get the manual here on the product page in case you lost it) # Try a working phone at the jack. If another phone has the same problem in that jack, the phone jack is defective. you have to contact vodacom customer care. settings could be recieved through service provider only it can be delivered to you by a network you are using.

SOURCE: cancel printing doesn't work
If you have tried a reboot then why don't you try a Soppler Refresh.
Click on Start> Run (and type Services.msc) Hot ok.
It should open services window up.
Then look for Print spooler> Double click on it> Under General amke sure startup type is selected as Automatic> Then down you shoul see a tab which says stop> Click Stop (Now a small windows popps up and closes) You will see Start Highlighted> Click start and stop will be higlighted> if applicable click on apply or ok and close all the windows and restart the computer.
Then go to Start> Control panel> Printers and faxes> and check to see if the icon say 0Ready> if yes right click on the icon and left lick on Properties and then in the bottom you will see a tab which says print test page> click and see if it prints a test page.
Then try printing any document.
