SOURCE: keying in street addresses
To find streets that are numerical, not names, enter the address normally to start. Enter the State, City, and House Number. When it asks you to enter the street, look at the bottom of the keyboard. You will see a key marked 123. Press this key, and numbers will show up instead of letters. Type in just the numbers (25 for 25th Avenue, etc.) and hit Done. The street should show as (25th (St., Ave., etc)). Press the correct entry.

If the unit is not allowing you to continue to enter the street address, press the back button until you get to the city. Press "Search All" instead of the name of the city and try the address again. It could be that the unit has the address listed in a different city (it sometimes goes by how the post office lists the ZIP code). See if this helps. As for taking the unit apart to access the reset button, all you have to do is remove the faceplate. There is an intentation under the top. Insert your fingertip and pull it forward. Carefully remove the faceplate, and the reset button is on the right hand side.

make sure you are not leaving a space at the end of the words. for some reason if your street was "glenn" "wood" "dr." and you type "glenn " "wood " "dr. " (notice the extra space before the closing quotes in each of the second set of words) that makes it invalid. i don't know what causes it. weird
