When buying it, you should have purchased a usb cable with it, see if u can connect it to your wondows computer,
if you hae got win2000 and later installed, it should recognize it likr a thumb-drive/external harddisk, you'll be able to copy the mp3's
from your harddisk to it then.
If you have win98 installed and use an older machine that supports only the usb 1.1 standard, do install the win98 drivers from the (mini?)CD you got when you bought it.
If you cannot find it,then come again -there's no support for this on the manufacturers homepage!

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

CNT GET THE BAK OF THE MP3 PLAYER.MODLE:GMP32G5

Next to the on/off is a hole. There is a similar hole in the bottom edge. With the help of a friend push the blunt ends of two needles in both holes at the same time; far enouugh to depress the spring clips. While the springs are depressewd, slide the front cover sideways toward the rounded edge then lift off. the back cover will now slide off easily.

I bought a Stage Touch 2gb Media Player. I have downloaded some albums but it now freezes and will not play anything. I have reset it a few times but it still feezes when 'music' is selected.

I had an old stage player awhile back that did this, apparently (at the time) a 1GB SD card had too many tracks on it and it was geeting confused?... took SD card out and it was fine, tried 256Mb one and that was fine too....different 1GB cards caused hang and long pauses.

Goodmans gmp32g5

Try to force recognition:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard

Can't find reset button on goodmans gmp31g5 can any1 help

For the 2GB sansa clip (as this is listed under), I was able to find a way to reset it by holding the power toggle slider and the menu button (the little house). It reset the database, rebuilt the library and now I'm good to go again, no problems. Hopefully this will work for some of the other frozen sansas.
